We are available to provide the service to a diverse population with the utmost dignity, respect, and kindness in all 5 Boroughs of New York City and Nassau County. Our professional staff is dedicated to service Medicaid eligible patients, as well as deliver home care to ineligible clients on a private pay basis.

We affiliated via a contract with Majority of Managed Long Term Care and Short Term Care providers (i.e. Certified Home Health Agencies) to accommodate all possible needs and requests of our patients... We are committed to delivering cost-effective and top of the notch quality home care through the latest technologies and procedures. In our pursuit of growing into a specialty licensed home care service agency, we develop new programs to meet our patients’ expectations towards the level of home care, and target at enhancing training in their homes in terms of home safety, falls prevention, disease management, and the like.
Many of our home health aides and nurses speak languages other than English such as Spanish, Russian, Chinese (Mandarin, Cantonese, and other dialects) French, Creole, Hindi, Punjabi, etc.
